I am now in Vientiane all though next week. This is a most intriguing place. Nice climate, slow and really undeveloped. The French had a saying apparently for their Indochina estate: The Vietnamese plant the rice, the Cambodians watch it grow, whilst the Laotians listen to it grow. Here are some photos taken today:
