I am here in Algeria through all of this week looking at the office market. The city has never really had a central business district but clusters have developed, and the two principal ones that are seeing the most activity are at Hydra and Bab Ezzouar. Otherwise, corporate demand has principally focussed on Algiers Business Center and Al Qods. At the moment it is best to call me on my UK number lthough I am hoping to pick up a local SIM later.
