I am in Lagos from 8th September to 20th September. EMC have been instructed to procure a considerable amount of land for a major corporate client. One option is the former Guinness brewery site on mainland Lagos, within the Ikeja Industrial Estate and close to Mohamed Murtala Airport There is some history associated with the site, as it was the first to produce Guinness anywhere in the world outside of the United Kingdom and Ireland.
