James Whitmee I am in Lagos for the whole of this week searching for offices. The market remains buoyant although the launch of Lagos II has significantly added to Grade A supply. The owner is looking at a record rent starting at $1,250 /sq m /year on the lowest office floor rising by approx $50 as you move up the tower. Here are some interesting buildings that I had not seen before in Ikoyi. They are the former HQ of NAFDAC which is the food and drug agency dealing with conterfeiting mainly I think. The buildings are now shells as they were destroyed in an arson attack in 2004.
