I am in Casablanca researching the office market out to the east of the city in Ain Seba'a, Roches Noires and Belvedere. Good offices in this area of the city, which is largely industrial, are in the order of MAD 80-120 /sq m /month depending on how close you are to the city centre. Prime offices are generally in the order of MAD 140-150, but can go as high as MAD 180. Here is a photo of the Twin Center in Casablanca city centre.
