On behalf of a Government client, has sold over 75 properties in 28 countries with a combined value of $1.1 billion. These locations include Bolivia, Armenia, DR Congo, Namibia, Mali and South Africa.
- Site acquisition
Identified 21 target sites for new development is Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Negotiated terms on a shortlist of sites and acquired 4 hectares for the client. All work completed on time and within pre-agreed parameters.
- Appraisal
Multiple projects across the world including Mexico, Cameroon, Burundi, Sudan, Mali, Namibia, Tanzania, and Syria.
- Regional Strategy
Full city and country plans developed for telecoms clients across Europe, Middle East & Africa, including: business unit projections, options analysis, cash flows, recommendations and timeline for delivery. Plan resulted in a reduction in floor space from 700,000 sq m to 300,000 sq m over two years.
- M&A
Real estate advisory on the merger of two businesses, and transfer of 1,200 property assets across the world to new corporate vehicle. Reduced the number of locations to 600 over two year period.
